Lists for Trips ("the App") is developed by BrandFinesse Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Ireland. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Data We Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App does not require an account, login, or registration of any kind.
All data you create within the App (saved trips, checked items, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
Analytics and Tracking
The App does not use any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, advertising frameworks, or third-party data collection tools. We do not track your usage, behaviour, or any other activity within the App.
Affiliate Links
The App contains links to external retail websites (such as Amazon). When you tap a product recommendation, you are directed to the retailer's website, which has its own privacy policy. These are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission on purchases made through these links. This does not affect the price you pay.
We do not track whether you make a purchase. The affiliate tracking is handled entirely by the retailer's systems, not by our App.
Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. The App is suitable for all ages (rated 4+ on the App Store).
Data Retention
Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to retain. Your local data remains on your device until you delete the App.
